As a Master Clinical Hypnotherapist, Master NLP practitioner ( Neuro Linguistic Programming) Life Coach, and using the TRTP ( The Richards Trauma Process) I am able to "change your life forever". We carry Trauma through our lives that can go back to our childhood, or be more recent PTSD for example, these behaviours inhibit our abilities to live life to the fullest, anxieties, depression and many other problems arise when these Trauma's are kept locked away in the subconscious/ unconscious mind. Using Hypnotherapy, the subconscious / unconscious mind are accessed and we are able to go back to a time and identify when the Trauma occurred, it is at this point that we are able to deal with the problem by re programming the mind. It is an amazing process that usually takes a 3 step process with amazing results. Most clients don't even realise that there has been a change after the first and second sessions, it is usually noticed by their partners or friends, comments have been " there is something different about you" or " you seem really happy just lately, laughing a lot, what's going on" it is then that they realise that they are no longer " stuck" in the past trauma and have indeed made a positive shift and moved on. The process is that quick with both my input, and the clients work towards "wanting to change" It will be confronting and raise events that you may have not realised were locked away, but the sooner they are changed the sooner you can move on in your life.Drugs help people, no doubt, but they may be just masking the real problem that lies locked inside that subconscious/ unconscious mind, many issues that are being dealt with by drugs may be resolved using Hypnotherapy, for example, Addictions, Anxieties, Depression and many more including pain management.
