I am a freelance artist doing commissions on canvas, saws, cream cans etc. Subjects include horses, wildlife (all animals and birds), marine, seascapes, underwater, heritage scenes eg. bullock teams, landscapes, old houses etc. and portraits both human and animals.I can create a painting for you from your own photos and ideas as a keepsake or gift for someone special.Enquiries and special requests always welcome.I enjoy helping budding artists with their drawing and painting. Lessons are designed showing how to use colour and light to create depth and wow factor in students paintings whatever their choice of subject.I have a Diploma of Commercial Art and Graphic Design and have done workshops with some Australia's best artists, Peter Caley (my original painting teacher) John Wilson, Colley Whisson and Lyn Diefenbach. The people who will really benefit from my classes are many and varied.I can work with beginners who have never painted thought to advanced painters who want to give their work the wow factor.We concentrate on true understanding of light and colour to create depth In your work.
