Family OwnedRising Stars Early Learning Centre is the trading name of La Forza Holdings Pty Ltd, a family- run business with directors Paul & Rosaly Bird, a family bringing 10 years of involvement and experience in the childcare industry.Both Paul and Rosaly are passionate about children rising to their potential as lifelong learners. With more than 30 years background in the education industry in both rural and metropolitan Queensland communities, they give Rising Stars a unique educational focus to early learning.Rosaly is a specialist Early Years Senior Teacher with Education Queensland. Paul’s teaching background includes 21 years as a Primary School principal, focusing on leadership and management in a range of complex school communities and more recently in the role of creating an early learning curriculum and facilities for children with Autism between the ages of 2 to 5 years.Their philosophy is based on the knowledge that children are unique individuals, with each child possessing a range of abilities, knowledge, attitudes, values, interests, experiences and learning in an individual variety of ways. Their goal is to build continuity at Rising Stars by recognising a child’s prior, current and future learning needs, and moulding it into a lifelong process. Strong partnerships between children, parents and staff strengthen and foster this process.
